  We got a quote from B E Heating for a complete oil central heating and plumbing installation into a 200 year old property - plus new shower and W.C. - A complicated job in removing several separate boiler/immersion systems and replacing with one oil heated system. Very accommodating trying to work out materials to suit our budget and very patient when we kept changing our minds. The work was done over several weeks without us being at the property as it was a renovation project. The guys kept in touch to update us and the finished job is of the highest standard. We are really pleased and would recommend them any day. I should also add, we didnt shop around as they came recommended to us. A few weeks after installation, there was a minor teething issue with water presure in the boiler (general maintenance) and I texted Jonny to ask advice. He rang back immediately and when we couldnt solve it oiver the phone, turned out on a horrible wet, windy Fri night to come and help us. What an absolute star, there are not many companies that offer this level of service any more. We will definitely use them for all our heating/plumbing jobs in the future.

  Very disappointed, just left without explaining why and left us in the lurch. What a dodgy character to do that! Phoned him to find out why he just left without explaining why, and he hasn't even replied to my message. I still can't believe his actions even hours later as I left him attempting to do it. Surely he didn't want me to supervise him, as I am a full time carer to my husband with terminal cancer.
